【Rainforest Soup】Ancient Emperor Prescription for Man Kidney consolidation and Essence Support 男人补肾益精汤，古老皇帝秘方

Ingredients: Wolfberry, Astragalus, Poria, fleece flower root, Cuscuta, Chinese Yam, Cistanche, Angelica, Rhizoma Alismatis, Bilberry, Plantain seed, Schisandra Chinensis, Red Ginseng, Orange Peel, Beartiful Sweetgum Fruit

Methods:

1. One day per pack; Each pack can be drink three times.
2. Add all ingredients (excepts ginseng) into the pot with 6 bowls of water and cook until it remains 3 bowl (200cc per bowl)of water (around 1 hour).
3. Add 2 bowls of water again and cook until it remains 3 bowls of water.
4. Next, add 1 bowl of water and cook until it remains 3 bowls of water.
5. Drink one bowl each time, three time per day after meal.
6. Red Ginseng need to be cooked and drink separately; cook with same method above; and drink after taking the prescription.

材料：枸杞子、黄芪，茯苓、制首乌，菟丝子、淮山药、肉苁蓉、当归、泽泻各，覆盆子、车前子，五味子、红参、陈皮、路路通

用法 : 每日一剂，水煎分3次服，30日为一疗程。

方意：方中首乌补肝肾，益精血，鹿角胶温肾壮阳，添精益髓，共为方中君药；臣以枸杞子滋肾阴，菟丝子、肉苁蓉温肾阳；佐以红参、黄芪、茯苓、山药、陈皮健脾益气，使后天得以充养先天，且陈皮理气又可防止诸补药滋腻碍胃；当归配黄芪以补气生血，促使精、气、血之间互生互化；覆盆子固精止遗以防精失；路路通行气通精窍，使精出路畅；泽泻利肾中湿浊，以泻助补。
