Our honey is unblended, meaning you get 100% pure Monofloral Manuka honey without any dilution from high-peroxide or multifloral varieties. We proudly label our honey based on its minimum Methylglyoxal (MGO) content (mg/kg), a key natural compound responsible for its unique properties.

The majority of our honey is creamed and set to reduce crystallisation within the honey. Use a hot knife or spoon and the honey will naturally melt.

Store at room temperature. MGO Manuka honey can be taken as part of a balanced diet or used as a natural sweetener with meals and hot drinks. Manuka honey will naturally crystallise. Crystals can be melted by slowly warming the honey.
