Warranty Coverage

This warranty is extended exclusively to the original purchaser and does not apply to any subsequent purchaser or owner. It becomes void upon resale, transfer of ownership, or use by another person.

NOVA warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the following durations, starting from the date of purchase:

• Metal Frame: Limited Lifetime Warranty
• Non-Metal / Metal Parts: One-Year Limited Warranty (includes rubber tips, plastic, or metal hardware)

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover issues resulting from:

• User negligence or misuse of the product
• Failure to follow product instructions
• Normal wear and tear
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs

Products that have been abused or modified without prior written authorization are not covered.

Warranty Service Instructions

For warranty service, please contact the dealer where you purchased your NOVA product. If the dealer does not provide satisfactory service, contact NOVA directly at the number listed on the bottom of your documentation.

Please be prepared to provide:

• Description of the defect
• Product serial number
• Name and location of original purchase
• Proof of purchase (receipt)

Important: Do not return products to NOVA without prior authorization.

Limitations of the Warranty

Repair or replacement is the sole remedy under this limited warranty. Labor and shipping costs for replacement part installation or product repair are not covered.

Disclaimer: This warranty is exclusive and replaces all other express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. NOVA shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages.
