The monolithic disc features both tooth and denture base materials and allows to fabricate customized complete dentures in one continuous milling process.

The Shell Geometry is a data-based, three-dimensional tooth and dental arch geometry for maxillary and mandibular dentures. It is located within the Ivotion milling disk and defines the transition between the tooth and denture base material. During the intuitive CAD design, the dentures are individualized for each patient using the visualized shell geometry and placed in the disc for production.
FullDenture Ivotion only works in conjunction with the FullDenture module and requires an additional tooth library from Ivoclar.
