Japanese Dolby Digital 5.1ch Surround (Dubbing) French Dolby Digital 5.1ch surround Subtitle: 1. Screening nationwide from October 12, 2018 (Fri.) *The kanji for Tsuyoshi Kusanagi's "Nagi" is "剪" in yumiheni. French bande dessinée (comic) artist Guillaume "RUN" Renard, who fell in love with the creativity and visual quality of STUDIO4℃, and ANKAMA, a production company that releases works in a variety of media including games and books, made a love call to collaborate across the sea. The collaboration across the sea has been realized! MUTAFUKAZ = "Motherfuckers" in Hispanic gang slang (coined word). As the title of the original comic suggests, the story is set in downtown L.A., where the streets are filled with unemployed people and gangs of color are engaged in daily battles. The film is a violent action movie in which cute-looking characters fight to the death for survival in the streets of downtown L.A. It is a gem of a buddy movie that depicts the friendship between life-sized young people, and also an invasion sci-fi on a mind-bogglingly large scale. The Japanese director is the talented Shojiro Nishimi, who has long attracted attention as a unique animator. After working as character designer and chief animation director for "Tekkonkinkreet," animation part director for "Shimotsuma Monogatari" and "Shonen Merikensack," and episode director for "Batman: Gotham Knight," Nishimi makes his feature-length directorial debut with this film. In this film, Director Nishimi's astonishing visual sense and outstanding drawing ability, his storytelling and artwork design that stand out, and his attention to character portrayal are all on full display, and as in "Tekkon," the overwhelming visuals of the imaginary town "Dark Meat City" created with Art Director Shinji Kimura are another mainstay of the film. The overwhelming visuals of the fictional "Dark Meat City," created with art director Shinji Kimura, can be said to play another leading role in the film. The voice cast for the Japanese version includes Tsuyoshi Kusanagi as the main character Angelino, Tokio Emoto as his best friend Vince, and Shinnosuke Mitsushima as his friend Willie. STUDIO4℃, which has released a number of exciting and cutting-edge animations such as "Tekkonkinkreet" and "Mind Game", Guillaume "RUN" Renard, and the production company ANKAMA! The first feature-length film directed by the talented Shojiro Nishimi, who has long attracted attention as a unique animator, including character design and chief animation director for "Tekkonkinkreet", animation part director for "Shimotsuma Monogatari" and "Shonen Merikensack", and episode director for "Batman: Gotham Knight"! The voice cast for the Japanese version includes Tsuyoshi Kusanagi, Tokio Emoto, and Shinnosuke Mitsushima. Winner of the 72nd Visual Technology Award in the Animation Division! The film won the same award that STUDIO4℃'s "Tekkonkinkreet" previously won! What can I say, I see strange things.
