Description: Aubrieta 'Kitte Blue' is a beautiful compact aubrieta producing a generous carpet of soft violet-blue flowers from early to mid-spring, creating a classic and elegant spring rock garden display. The cool, clear blue-violet colouring is one of the most sought-after in the aubrieta range and combines superbly with the golds and yellows of alyssum, the whites of arabis, and the early tulips of spring borders. It forms a neat, dense mat of grey-green evergreen foliage that tumbles attractively over walls and raised bed edges, where it provides year-round ground cover and a spectacular spring show.
