Communication with others begins, practically, at the same time as life. Babies have a wide range of needs and signals to pass on to their parents. These signals will evolve from the crying of the newborn to gestures and, later, to words. However, there are situations where the child abandons their forms of communication: words, gestures and even their looks. This book arose from the need to work with non-speaking children with emotional regression. It is an attempt to help all parties involved in the therapeutic process to restore lost communication.
