On the nose, the 2021 Cabernet Franc Réserve du Domaine is complex, offering the classic mineral notes of slate and pencil shavings that often accompany Cab Franc along with restrained red fruit that has the potential to round out with age. 

The nose continues onto the palate where the wine balances out with dark plum, blueberry, and sweet charred undertones that call for anything from barbecue baby back ribs to filet mignon. 

This wine is balanced, consistent, and sits perfectly poised between rich and elegant. Drink now or age 7 - 10 years.

Aged 16-18 months in French Oak Barrels.
