Treatment Instructions

1. Prepare your skin: Wash and dry the area you wish to treat.
2. Attach the adhesive ring: Stick the adhesive to the LED side of the Hooga Dot and peel off the backing to attach it to the treatment area.
3. Activate the device: Long press the Hooga logo to turn it on. The power level will briefly display.
4. Choose treatment mode: Tap the Hooga logo to select between red (indicated by red dots), near infrared (indicated by blue dots), or combo (half red, half blue dots).
5. Enjoy the therapy: The device will automatically turn off after 15 minutes, signaling the end of the session with a beep and turning off the lights.
