Dosage and Directions For Use:

• Adults (age 13 and above): Gradually add 4 scoops (55g) of Essents DM into 200mL warm or cold water in a shaker bottle.
• Children (age 4 and above): Gradually add 2 scoops (27.5g) of Essents DM into 200mL warm or cold water in a shaker bottle.
• Screw the lid firmly, shut and shake it vigorously until dissolved. Drink immediately. 
• Take 1-2 serving(s) per day. 
• Not suitable for age 3 years and below.
