Cowboy steaks are extra thick (+2 inches) ribeye steaks with a portion of rib bone 'frenched' and left remaining in the cut. This cut comes from the rib section of the cow and includes both the rich, marbled meat and a portion of the rib bone, giving it a striking appearance. This section is lightly worked and has lots of fat marbling, which makes it perfect for super hot and fast cooking. Two steaks per package.
