This deep straw-coloured Prosecco features a subtle yet consistent effervescence and boasts lovely notes of white-fleshed fruit, herbage, vanilla-infused butter and a certain yeastiness. Whereas in the mouth, it is well-balanced and mellow. It is characterised by a sense of smoothness that leads to a neat finish.

Dedicated to founder Giustino Bisol, who established the winery in 1950, this Prosecco Superiore is the result of lengthy experiments and tests, a careful selection of grapes, and a great attention to detail starting all the way from the vine itself straight through to bottling. Giustino B. is therefore the best sample of Ruggeri wines a true testament to their constant search for perfection and their passion for the Glera grape.
