Domaine Manuel Olivier Hautes Cotes de Nuits Blanc Vieilles Vignes 2010 75clThis Chardonnay is produced from two maturing methods: Half fermented in stainless steel to keep the typicity of the grape and the other half fermented directly in oak barrel to give fullness and structure, during 16 months. Lovely bright guava and mango aromas a bit of pineapple too. And there uis a very well proportioned amount of oak. Good balanced palate, citrus is there with nice creamy oak and superbly balanced. Delicious. Contains Sulphites
