Our EXCLUSIVE Patent Pending Free Motion Set- the Spiro-Quilt is a beginner friendly Free Motion set that helps you control your quilting while creating interesting Spiro designs.  

Invented by us, this is THE easiest way to create consistent designs with Free Motion.  We've been selling Free Motion rulers for years, but they require practice, so we wanted to create a simple tool anyone could use to begin right away to create designs with templates on your home sewing machine.

How it works: 

Using a ruler foot on your machine, you use the template within the base as your guide to create shapes.  The base and templates fit together in an octagon, so the template is turned to create symmetrical designs.  You can also combine shapes to create flowers and borders.  The handles on the base help you to control your movement and the small shapes make it easy to learn how to control your stitch length. 

This  size is meant to fit machine throats less than 9" the large Spiro-Quilt, (found here) larger than 9" throats.

Low shank  templates are 3/16th of an inch thick, slightly thicker than 1/8" but not as thick as 1/4".  For high shank machines, use the 1/4" templates.

1. Base (.18" thick x 7.75" x 8.75") (high shank is .25" thick)

2. Feather template (.18" x 5.38" x 5.38") (high shank is .25" thick)

3. Petal template (.18" x 5.38" x 5.38") (high shank is .25" thick)

4. Teardrop template (.18" x 5.38" x 5.38") (high shank is .25" thick)

5. Leaf template (.18" x 5.38" x 5.38") (high shank is .25" thick)

Finished designs are approximately 4"
