The Port Philip Estate is owned and operated by the Gjergia family who also own Kooyong Estate. From Mornington Peninsula, 80km south of Melbourne, they focus on Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and some Syrah. A minimalist winemaker, letting the grapes do the work, they also focus on a sustainable farming system that focuses on improving the soil with compost teas, estate produced compost, multch and other natural soil and plant conditioners.
