Golden, with greenish reflections in the glass. The nose expresses notes of citrus and melon and hints of jasmine. On the palate it’s fresh, crunchy and grows in intensity on the finish. Well-balanced.

Bernard Remy's Champagne Blanc de Blancs, after resting for three years, is lively and intense and boasts delicate and persistent bubbles. Shaped by the finest and most typical aromas of Chardonnay, it gives a pleasantly refreshing and straight forward sip. Optimal.

Excellent in combination with prawns and lobster, it also goes well with veal fillet.
