 PharmaGABA® is a natural form of GABA produced with the help of Lactobacillus hilgardii Å“ a beneficial lactic acid bacteria used in the making of the traditional Korean vegetable dish known as kimchi.  L-citrulline is considered a non-essential amino acid and is synthesized in the liver and intestine.  Foods rich in citrulline include watermelon, nuts, legumes and meat. Magnesium can be found in many foods including beans, nuts, whole grains, and green leafy vegetables.
