60's Black and White Sequined Rhinestone Cocktail Dress

Couture black and white sequined lace cocktail dress by Bob Bugnand of NY.  Just gorgeous!  The buttons down the front as well as cuffs are adorned with rhinestone cluster buttons.  White collar and cuffs. The sequined lace bodice ends in intricate scalloping just below the waist, and the attached skirted portion is pleated taffeta,  Has some very light marks on the inside of the collar as well as cuffs; most likely makeup. This is the perfect evening dress form that formal event coming up!
