Main: 45% Polyurethane, 55% Polyester, 3% Elastane.  Lining: 97% Polyester, 3% Elastane. To clean, wipe with damp microfiber cloth. Do not bleach, rub, soak or wring. Do not tumble dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean. Avoid rough surfaces as this may damage fabric.
