The Sparrow has been an Evolution of my vision and process over the years which has finally led us to this incredible design. We thought of everything to make this a performance monster and still be Comfortable to use all day long.  We wanted to use one of the best performing steels on the market so we spared no expense with CPM Magnacut. Magnacut is known for its Top-notch corrosion resistance and edge retention. Hardness is currently at 62/63 HRC. Also this is from the last American made cpm Stock and the steel has now almost triple in price because of the tariffs! So the value that you are getting is incredible! The blade itself has some nice curve that travels through the handle, giving you better knuckle clearance And a beautiful flow while cutting. It also has distal taper which makes it glide through food and gives the knife perfect balance! These are also ground super thin for great food release a zero resistance through food!

The handle is Ultem (polyetherimide) which is a high performance thermal plastic used for high heat applications where toughness is needed. The scales are machined to have a great grip and are removable if it ever needs to be cleaned. The other feature is the Ultem is Completely transparent, which shows off the diamond ♦️ pattern cut in the tang.
