SIGLENT’s SDS1000X-U Series Super Phosphor Oscilloscopes offer a 100 MHz bandwidth, a 1 GSa/s sample rate, and a 14 Mpts record length. A user-friendly front panel provides quick access to key functions.

Powered by SIGLENT’s SPO technology, the SDS1000X-U delivers excellent signal fidelity, a sensitive low-jitter digital trigger system, and a waveform capture rate of up to 400,000 frames/sec (sequence mode). It also features 256-level intensity grading and a unique color-temperature display.

The series supports advanced trigger modes and includes serial bus decoding for I²C, SPI, UART, CAN, and LIN. History recording and sequential triggering enable extended waveform analysis, while the 128k-point FFT provides high-resolution spectral insight. A hardware co-processor ensures fast, accurate measurements and responsive operation.
