Tasting Notes: Medium depth crimson with purple hues. An intense aroma of ripe Satsuma plum, herbal and savoury notes combine with hints of cedar and sweet spices. Rich, sweet fruit is balanced wonderfully by briary and sweet spices and lovely, silky tannins. A full-bodied, textural wine, showing great complexity with hints of cedar and allspice flowing through to the lengthy, peppery, fruity finish.

Serving Temperature: 16–18°C is ideal to balance richness and aromatics.

Decanting: Decant 1–2 hours for aromatic lift and tannin integration. Up to 3 hours if you prefer a softer, more open profile.
