The nylon sheath can not be melted to the Dyneema core so you need to cut the core a little shorter than the sheath and melt the sheath together around the core. We will of course do the two ends of your length for you and maybe even a couple more cuts if you ask nicely. We will not cut 100m into 1m lengths however, you can do that yourself, or pay us an hourly rate to do it for you.
