Two hot-pink hearts, louder than a love letter.

A pair of heart-shaped earrings in saturated hot-pink vitreous enamel on fine silver — champlevé and cloisonné techniques combined to give the hearts depth and shine. Available in two designs: Design 1 is the larger, rounder heart at 19mm wide; Design 2 is a narrower, elongated heart at 25 × 12mm. Both drop to about 32mm including the ear wire — confident, cheerful, grown-up-pink earrings.

Hot pink is the colour of taking up space on purpose. Pair these with something you'd never wear pink with; that's the point. A gift for someone who keeps their sentimentality in check, or a reward for yourself after a year that went somewhere.

Handmade by Natalia on the Central Coast of Australia using both champlevé and cloisonné techniques. For the champlevé, recesses are hand-engraved into the 999 fine silver hearts before each colour is packed in and fired. The cloisonné detailing uses fine silver wires soldered into the pattern to hold pools of colour side by side. Each piece passes through the kiln more than ten times to build the brightness of the pink — every firing is unforgiving, so no two pairs are ever identical. The ear wires are 925 sterling for strength.
