• Directions: 1) In a saucepan, heat 1 1/2 cups of milk and 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter until butter melts. 2) Add packet contents to saucepan and stir until completely dissolved. Cook on medium heat for 5 minutes. 3) Add 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese and stir constantly for 20 seconds. Make 4) Remove from heat and serve over freshly prepared fettuccine noodles, 8 oz. dry. Makes 4 servings.
• Chef Suggests: Toss in fresh sautéed vegetables to make pasta primavera. Or, Whip packet contents into 3-4 cups prepared mashed potatoes for Alfredo style party potatoes. Or, Clean and de-stem 1 lb. mushrooms. Mix packet contents with 8 oz. cream cheese, and 1 cup shredded cheese. Spoon mix into mushroom caps and place in pan. Bake 15-20 minutes at 375 degrees F. Lightly broil at end if desired.
