To make those treasures last, we relied on old-world preservation techniques like dehydration, smoking, and packing—methods that didn’t just extend shelf life but captured the essence of every season. In 2018, that passion turned into a business. Starting at local markets with a line of fruit chips and granolas, Hunt & Gather quickly gained a following for our playful yet nostalgic flavors. As demand grew, we expanded into cocktail infusion kits and sun teas, creating products that are as creative as they are delicious. Even through the challenges of the pandemic, we continued to thrive, moving into our dedicated kitchen in 2021 and adding new offerings inspired by childhood favorites with modern twists.
