Protect, Shield, and Soften Dry Skin Velvet Barrier 8  is a high-performance, water free balm formulated to defend the skin against the harshest environmental stressors.  We designed the formula to specifically solve extreme wind, low-humidity environments, and /or the abrasive effects of daily life (scrapes, minor cuts). This formula creates a breathable, velvet-dry "second skin" that promotes rapid repair and resilience.  It absorbs fast.   Your skin feels Super Soft - similar to velvet; hence the name.
