Blue Tui On White 7cm Bowl

The Tui is unique to New Zealand. Maori have a proverb to describe a great orator or singer, ‘Me he korokoro tui – he has the throat of a tui’. They live in native forests, bush reserves and bush remnants throughout  New Zealand.

Technical information:

Made from white porcelain, inside semi-gloss clear glaze with decal and unglazed outside.
Size 7cm diameter x 2cm high / each piece comes boxed with an image of the design on the lid.
These pieces feature irregularities in both shape and form; this is part of the organic nature of the collection.
