You can tell if your vest is compatible by the four black loops for fastening in the shoulder area.

This is how the attachment works: 1. Decide whether you want to attach the quiver to the left or right shoulder. 2. Hang the quiver with the two hooks into the black loops in the shoulder area of the vest. Make sure they are fully hooked in. 3. Thread the elastic band from the bottom of the quiver through the loop in the lower center of the running vest and hook it in place. You can also adjust the length of the attachment 4. Fädele, the strap that attaches to the center of the quiver, including the plastic end, through the loop on the side of the running vest (in the area under the armpit).
