The Black Bull Heavy Duty Railing System is suitable for outdoor use, and is hot-dip galvanised and finished in powder coated yellow. It provides excellent protection to assets in outside busy warehouses, as well as helping to protect pedestrians on walkways. The railing system is modular, allowing the user to create a barrier that is customised to their space.

The rail will not rust or corrode due to the galvanised finish. Fixings are required for installation and are counter-sunk, meaning they can't be tampered with. Where needed a matching bollard can be placed alongside the rail to block parts that aren't covered by the rail system.

The warehouse railing system is ideal for areas where there is frequent forklift traffic or heavy machinery. The railing system not only protects assets but also creates safe walkway areas for employees, keeping excellent workplace health and safety standards.

Applications:

Segregate outdoor traffic lanes from pedestrians (forklift lanes/pedestrian paths), ideal for protecting work areas, equipment, machinery and plant.

Optional FLEX Mounting.

By the addition of a polyurethane pad that is UV, weather and temperature resistant, the pad will be enabled to deflect up to 10 degrees. This allows the railing system to absorb shocks and impacts whilst damage is reduced significantly. The pad increases the height of the Railing System by 40mm and is installed using 4 chemi-anchors per post.
