The JBL Control 426LP is a 6.5-inch two-way coaxial low-profile ceiling loudspeaker from the Control 400 Enhanced Coverage Series, delivering a 95 Hz to 19 kHz frequency range and 110-degree conical coverage from a shallow enclosure built for ceilings with restricted above-ceiling depth.

Featuring JBL's exclusive CRBI (Coplanar Radiation Boundary Integrator) technology, the Control 426LP maintains consistent coverage and tonal balance throughout the listening area while fitting where standard-depth 6.5-inch ceiling speakers physically cannot - shallow plenums, pan-deck construction, and retrofit ceilings crowded with mechanical systems.

Like all Control 400 Series models, it is engineered with installer-friendly features: terminal covers with convenient cable entry, captive hand-screws, and a captive dogear mounting system compatible with a wide range of ceiling thicknesses, plus a paintable full-face magnetic grille with integrated safety tether.
