Kunio wins a trip to the USA on a game show and travels with his friend Riki and the hot-headed Godai.

Once there, they meet Johnny who invites them to participate in a basketball tournament.

Never one to back down from a challenge, Kunio and his friends settle in Niagara Falls and form the Nekketsu team to face teams such as the New York Keys, the Navy Seals, the Florida Espers, the Texas Boys, the Hawaii Fires, the San Francisco Rose, and the Las Vegas Gamblers.

This version of Nekketsu! Street Basketball All-Out Dunk Heroes has been recently translated into English for its first physical release outside of Japan.
