Production Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. If you need your order by a specific date, please provide the exact date needed when placing your order. Please do not write “ASAP.”

We do not offer same-day shipping unless previously arranged and agreed upon before ordering.

Image Limits:
We allow up to 3 different images per sheet.

Image Quality:
For best results, please provide clear, high-resolution images free of watermarks. Screenshots and blurry images may not print clearly.

Edible Image Details:
Our edible images are printed with edible ink on premium frosting sheets that are:
     Safe to eat
     Kosher
     Gluten-free
     Made with no known allergens

Frosting sheets are soft, flexible, and easy to apply. When placed on freshly frosted treats, they blend smoothly into the surface since they are made from icing — not rice paper.

Available Sizes:
We offer many standard sizes. If you need a custom size not shown, please contact us before ordering.

Custom Cut Option:
Choose “Custom Cut” as your size option if you would like your image trimmed to the actual shape of the design instead of a standard circle or square. This option is perfect for cakes, cupcakes, cakesicles, cake pops, cookies, and specialty treats where you do not want a white border around the image.

Our precision cutting technique creates crisp, clean edges — no scissors or X-Acto knives needed.

Shipping Information:
Orders ship via USPS First Class Mail, which typically arrives within 4–7 days after shipment.

Need it faster?
Shipping upgrades, including Priority Mail and FedEx 2-Day, are available at checkout. Please note that upgraded shipping speeds apply to transit time only and do not reduce production time.

Storage:
Your edible images can last for months when stored properly. Keep them:

Flat
    Sealed in the original airtight bag
    At room temperature
    Away from refrigeration
