I've always got an eye out for vintage DLM (Developmental  Learning Materials) sets produced in the 60s and 70s for use in schools; the products produced by the Niles, Illinois company were thoughtful and smart, and the graphics really great, often making them as much design objects as teaching tools. This blocks in this large parquetry set are indeed large--making them great for small hands to play around with, as well as old ones! The box includes 4 different design templates (2 pages, printed front and back), but of course the possibilities are endless.

Box measures 9 3/4" x 9 3/4" x 7/8". Blocks are in great shape; box shows wear but is still holding together fine, with a little tape in one corner.
