How To Use;

Attach the nasal nozzle to the bottle.
Tilt your head to the side and insert the tip into the upper nostril.
Press firmly and briefly on the nozzle.
Perform the same operation in the other nostril, tilting your head to the other side.
Leave on for 1 to 2 seconds then blow your nose to obtain the desired effect.
Clean the mouthpiece with hot water after each use.
