51 MCU Development Board STC89C52

Description:

This experiment board is used for the STC production company 89C52 MCU. SCM is high quality at low cost, it is fully compatible with AT89S51 MCU of ATMEL company.

In addition to its many characteristics, such as: unable to decrypt, low power, high speed, high reliability, strong antistatic and strong interference and so on, STC company’s MCU internal resources are more rich than ATMEL company‘s SCM.  It has 1280 bytes of SRAM, 8-64K bytes internal program memory, 2-8K bytes ISP boot code, except for P0-P3 port , it also has P4 port (PLCC package), chip has 8 road 8 AD (AD Series), chip also has EEPROM, watchdog, dual data pointers etc
