• Good useable 68 to 78 GM SM465 counter shaft.

• The front counter shaft ID bearing size is 1.338" which mates with the case with a 2.440" bored hole.

• Please verify which case you have by measuring the bored hole for the front counter shaft bearing.

• NOTE: the late design front counter shaft bearing uses a counter shaft that uses a bearing with a 1.400" ID size, and the case bore is 2.250".

• Gear tooth count is 14 17 23 36 40, which the same tooth count for early and late design.

• Verify this is the counter shaft you need by verifying your front bearing diameter OD in the front of case, we have provided.

• NO returns on this item.

• NOTE: there is a small mark on one of the teeth on the smallest gear that is a manufacture mark.

• It will not make any difference in operation. See blue circle on picture. Wanted there to be no surprises.

• NOTE: There is some rust on a few of the gears and will need to be cleaned up, priced accordingly.
