The three-stage filtration system consists of two bag filter systems and one micro membrane filter system.

The bag filter is a pressure filter device, which mainly consists of a filter cylinder body, a filter cylinder cover, a quick-opening mechanism, a stainless steel filter bag reinforcing mesh and other main components. The filtrate flows into the filter bag from the side inlet pipe of the filter housing. The filter bag is installed in the reinforced mesh basket, and the qualified filtrate can be obtained after the liquid penetrates the filter bag of the required fineness grade, and the impurity particles are intercepted by the filter bag.

2.Micro membrane filter

Micro membrane filter is a new type of filter equipment developed at home and abroad. It can filter out particles and bacteria above 0.1um in liquid. It has the advantages of high filtration accuracy, fast transition speed, less adsorption, no medium shedding, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, and convenient operation.

Stainless steel micro membrane filter is composed of folded micro membran filter element and stainless steel outer cylinder. It is equipped with single-core or multi-core filter element. convenient. The inner surface of the filter is mirror polished (roughness Ra≤0.28μm), no sanitary dead corners, and meets the requirements of "FDA" and "GMP"

The micro membran filter is divided into chemical grade and food grade. The food grade must be manufactured according to FDA standards. Its characteristics are small size, light weight, convenient use, large filtering area, low clogging rate, fast filtering speed, no pollution, good thermal dilution stability and chemical stability.
