We love our Costa Rican coffees and this one doesn't disappoint!

Cerro San Luis Micromill consists of a number of adjacent farms, including Finca El Venado. This family business is a labour of love, owned and operated by two siblings and their families in the West Valley region.

For the last few years, the family has been busy replacing older coffee trees with new varieties to improve and diversify their offering. They now grow over ten different varietals including Caturra, Red and Orange Bourbon, Catuai, SL-28, Villa Sarchi and Maragogype.

After cherries are harvested, they are bought into the family home where the mill is located and are processed as either washed, natural or honey.
