The AD-S112sw from QSC’s AcousticDesign series is a low-impedance, surface-mounted, direct-radiating subwoofer ideal in foreground and background sound reinforcement situations utilizing 70/100V or 16Ω bypass configurations. The AD-S112sw features a 12” weather-treated paper cone woofer with a 2.5" voice coil.

Among its many features, Intrinsic Correction™ voicings can be deployed to optimize installation and performance. Angulated Pressure Flow™ (APF) enhances enclosure resonance and woofer performance and extends the sub’s frequency capacity down to 30Hz. Transmission of vibrations is minimized by its included yoke mount assembly. Additional M10 fittings on the AD-S112sw’s enclosure lets you deploy it via suspension of flown arrays using the optional accessory M10 KIT-C (sold separately).

AcousticDesign speakers are free of obtrusive branding. They’re available in black or white, as well as paintable to match any décor. Boasting rugged ABS enclosures, sealed input panel covers, and powder-coated aluminum grilles, all surface-mounted models exceed IEC60529 IP-54 ratings for dust and splash resistance.
