Hypercardioid AKG capsule CK33 is ideal for noisy applications, keeping the sound at the sides of the microphone out. Fits mounting modules from the DAM Series.
Boasting a wide frequency range, the CK33 from AKG is a hypercardioid capsule specifically optimized for speech—its narrow (95°) pickup angle, is particularly ideal for environments such as houses of worship, where you want to avoid picking up noise from the sides, where users may be farther away from the microphone, or where multiple speakers are positioned side by side.
The CK33 is built for reliability. The interior is housed in durable metal, while large-area, self-cleaning, gold-plated contacts with deep threads prevent misalignment and ensure extra-long life.
Included with the CK33 Cardioid Condenser Microphone Capsule is a W30 two-part windscreen for reducing wind and pop noise, which efficiently reduces wind and pop noise. The capsule is compatible with any mounting module of AKG’s DAM Series.
