Enjoy a true taste of Greece with this blend brewed from a slowly roasted bean! Bravo Coffee offers the ethnic coffee enthusiast a richly satisfying cup of flavor. Not to be confused with espresso, Greek coffee should be consumed slowly, enjoying its full flavor. This coffee can only by made in a "briki" and not in a coffee maker.

Ingredients: 100% pure, ground Greek coffee

Directions for making coffee:

1. For each cup desired, measure one demitasse cup of cold water into a briki or narrow-necked coffee pot.

2. Add one teaspoon of coffee and sugar to taste. Stir well.

3. Bring to a boil over medium heat.

4. Remove from heat as coffee begins to rise and pour into demitasse cups, dividing the foam equally between each cup.

NOTE: coffee should not be stirred once it has been poured.
