Warranty

3-Year Limited Warranty on Structural Frame:
The structural frame is covered for thirty-six (36) months from the date of original purchase. If found defective in materials or workmanship, Freerider USA will repair or replace it at their discretion.

1-Year Limited Warranty on Motor, Transaxle, Brake Assembly, and Electrical Components:
Covered for twelve (12) months. Freerider will repair or replace parts that fail under normal use.

1-Year Limited Warranty on Lithium Battery:
Battery is covered for twelve (12) months. To maintain coverage, charge the battery regularly and avoid storing it in a discharged state or cold environment. Refresh charge every 2–3 weeks when stored.

30-Day Limited Warranty on Plastic Parts & Chassis Hooks:
Covers plastic components including the tiller clamp, chassis hooks, triggers, and more.

Exclusions: Normal wear and tear, misuse, unauthorized repairs, commercial use, environmental exposure, and failure to maintain battery health may void warranty coverage.
