Nitra-Guard BIO-Cubes Titanium is the world’s first and only carbohydrate based nitrate remover that is able to remove nitrates in systems with no phosphate present.

Standard carbohydrate based nitrate removers must have some phosphates in order to work. Once the PO4 levels have dropped to 0ppm, the carbon based media stops working. This has been a problem for aquarists who wish to run PO4 removal media and lower nitrates at the same time.

BIO-Cubes Titanium are made from 100% biologically degradable polymers that effectively remove both nitrates from both marine and freshwater systems. Directions for Use:
Bio-Cubes Titanium will not cause cloudiness from bacteria blooms. With correct installation, bacteria colonies will become prolific enough to start lowering nitrate levels within 7-14 days. Free filter Bag is included for ease of installation. 

The amount required will depend on stocking densities and amount of Nitrate in the aquarium.
