Nigel Cabourn Lybro Pleated Denim Work Chinos from the SS21 collection. The design inspiration behind these specific trousers comes from a distinct blend of mid-century British military dress uniform and early 20th-century sportswear.The blueprint of the pleated chino silhouette is directly modelled after the light, high-waisted cotton trousers worn by the British Army stationed in India during the 1930s. The deep front knife pleats and relaxed top block were originally engineered to maximise airflow and movement in intense tropical climates.
