Sometimes refered to as the Castor Oil Plant. It has large glossy green fingered leaves that have a brightly coloured cream edge .Stems of globular white flowers in the summer months.Best grown in a moist yet well drained soil in a shadier position out of cold winds.

As a guide this plant can grow to 180cm by 150cm

Here at Polhill we recommend that you use a good quality compost mixed with your garden soil when planting in the ground. If going into containers then a good multipurpose compost or John Innes compost is recommended
