Berries - Rose petals - Pepper

This is a 100% Pinot Noir rose, with grapes sourced from Tonford Manor Vineyard in Harbledown, Kent, where Slow Beam's Pete and Louis have been helping look after the vines. This wine represents the first year of this collaboration.

The extended skin contact of this wine results in the striking ruby colour. On the nose there are bold notes of ripe strawberries and raspberries, followed by a touch of rose petal. A gentle earthiness reminiscent of white pepper provides complexity. On the palate, there's loads of juicy red berry flavours accompanied by zingy pomegranate. Light tannins from the maceration add grip and structure, with a subtle prickle on the finish.
