Will this fit over my existing fog light holes, or do I need to fill them?

What do I need to do before painting?

The bumper arrives in raw FRP condition. Light sanding, a primer application, and your choice of topcoat will give you a finished surface that blends with your body paint.

Are there sensor holes pre-cut, or does this come as solid?

The bumper comes as a solid panel. If your hatchback has parking sensors in the factory bumper location, you'll need to drill or cut openings during installation to accommodate them.
