Do I need hose clamps to connect this?

Hose clamps are not included with this hose. You'll need to source worm-gear or spring clamps to secure each end to your fuel line fittings — standard sizes work fine with 1/4-inch hose.

Can I use this on a high-pressure fuel injection system?

NBR hose handles standard carb and EFI pressures without issue. If you're running forced induction or direct injection above typical pump pressure, check your system specs first — this is general-duty fuel line.

Will this hose need prep before I install it?

No prep required. Cut to length as needed, slide onto your barbed fittings, and clamp it down. Make sure both ends are fully seated before tightening clamps.
