Will the textured finish show dirt or water marks?

Can I paint these if I want a different color later?

ABS takes paint, but surface prep is critical — clean thoroughly, lightly scuff the texture, and use a plastic-adhesive primer before base coat and clear. Skip the prep and paint will peel. Test on a scrap piece first if you're going custom.
